These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through krimsonkawaii.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products & Pricing
All products (apparel, accessories, music) are described and priced in Euros (€). Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time.
3. Orders & Payment
Orders are processed through Stripe. Payment must be completed before order fulfillment. You will receive an order confirmation by email.
4. Production & Shipping
Physical merchandise is produced and shipped by our third-party partner (Printful). We are not responsible for manufacturing defects or shipping delays caused by the production partner or carrier.
Estimated delivery: 7-14 business days after order placement (may vary by location).
5. Returns & Refunds
Defective products: Contact us within 14 days of receipt with photo evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund through our production partner.
Change of mind: Due to custom-made production, we cannot accept returns for non-defective items.
Digital products (music): No refunds after download.
6. Limitation of Liability
Krimson Kawaii is not liable for:
- Production quality issues (handled by third-party manufacturer)
- Shipping delays or lost packages (carrier responsibility)
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customer
7. Privacy
We collect only necessary information to process orders (name, address, email). Your data is processed securely and never sold to third parties. You have the right to access, modify, or delete your personal data by contacting us.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site (music, artwork, logos) is protected by copyright. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
